  • How do I track my mailer?

    *Envelopes are mailed with a standard USPS stamp, so tracking is not available.

    *You will be billed the same day as your original sign up date each month

    *Check or Update billing anytime in the customer portal

  • *If your snail mail arrives damaged, please reach out to our email at monkeyclawpost@gmail‍.com with:

    your name, a brief description of the issue, photos of the affected item(s)

    We will make sure to get it sorted for you.

  • We currently are only available to ship withing the United States. However, we hope to eventually to expand.
