How do I track my mailer?

*Envelopes are mailed with a standard USPS stamp, so tracking is not available.

*You will be billed the same day as your original sign up date each month

*Check or Update billing anytime in the customer portal

*If your snail mail arrives damaged, please reach out to our email at monkeyclawpost@gmail‍.com with:

your name, a brief description of the issue, photos of the affected item(s)

We will make sure to get it sorted for you.

We currently are only available to ship withing the United States. However, we hope to eventually to expand.
